    Strategic management of London Craft Week, a city-wide festival of 390 events that takes place annually each May. Role encompasses: business development and financial planning, marketing and communications, sponsorship and staff management. Achievements: • Developed new financial planning and management tools for better cash flow visibility and improved forecasting. • Effective management of the business through the pandemic, retaining sponsors, securing additional funding, and delivering large live festivals in 2020 and 2021. • Expansion of the LCW programme to include over 200 partners and 390 events in 2022. • Secured new sponsors covering property (Northacre, Shaftesbury PLC, Coal Drops Yard) and automotive (Lexus). • Creative content and communications consultancy with programme partners and sponsors including international collaborations. • 123% increase in visitor numbers between 2017-2022 to 208,650 in 2022. • 140% increase in Instagram followers between 2018-2022 (now 68.2k). • Commissioned the ‘Scorched’ exhibition from Sarah Myerscough in 2019 and originated ‘300 Objects’ in 2020 to enhance reputation and generate press.
