A creative music industry professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for talent discovery, artist/creator development and innovation across the creative spaces, having signed acts such as Ayelle, Alfa Mist, Cat Burns, signed exclusive release deals with Scouting For Girls and worked releases by David Guetta, Disciples and many more.
I specialise in sourcing, managing and developing creative projects and talent. Some of my favourite work has included scouting, curating and signing international audio and visual content deals (ranging from record deals to distro) including a 6-figure deal across international and many emerging markets, conceptualising artist campaigns with amazing talent which has resulted in millions of streams and countless sold out live shows as well as leveraging innovative tech/analytics tools to create a successful music discovery strategy which was tailored and rolled out across 10 territories.
Further to this work, I play an active role in a number of music startups / web3 platforms directly supporting independent artists as well as serving as a visiting lecturer at London College of Music.
