    Within the first 9 months, re-skinned the FatFace website delivering a unique digital rebrand to the core foundations, addressing accessibility issues, and updating poor usability practices to improve overall conversion on the site by 12%. During 2023, ran and designed a successful CRO programme bringing in £12m in incremental annualised benefit. Single-handedly support 2 internal developers and 4 external developers on a series of site improvements and user testing. Driven a change in company culture—onboarded a test-and-learn approach to digital outputs. Collaborated with marketing teams to ensure all improvements were replicated onto external channels and within the brand’s DNA. Utilising skills including interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, working within and evolving brand guidelines and design systems. Key Accomplishments: —Pushed for the development of video capabilities on PDP which led to an 18% increase in ATB rate. —Successfully designed a new Wishlist functionality which has led to £2.5m in revenue for peak 2021. —Redesigned the site header which led to an increase of 37% in search usage, leading to a rise of 2.8% in AOV, and a boost of 2.4% in complete check-out journeys. —Analysing user feedback and data to inform checkout improvements, resulting in a reduction of 74% of day-to-day complaints to our support team, and reduced check-out abandonment by 32%.
