MUBI X KXMOLO: Pride Unprejudiced

I partnered with MUBI this month to create an illustration for the film Tangerine (2015) as part of MUBI’s #PrideUnprejudiced LGBTQ+ cinema season! I tried to replicate the same dusky tones of the LA cityscape in this illustration and the comradery of the main characters that lies at the heart of the film. I would definitely encourage people to watch this film if you need a laugh but also want to see some authentic Black trans representation.
