Roundtable Journal’s debut issue is a bold, powerful introduction into 180 pages exploring the perils of white feminism, discuss the beauty (and disadvantages) of thighs that touch, unravel the subtle ways misogyny creeps into the minds of even the most feminist of us, and more. This issue includes a warm fashion spread, shot on film, capturing three friends Tatiana, Maggy and Maisie as they share stories of how style has influenced their perception of self. Issue 01 features interviews and conversations with cover girl, model and writer Simran Randhawa, singer-songwriter Nakaya, and collage artist Sara Shakeel. This issue also includes original shoots and works by female photographers Patricia Ellah, Dejah Naya, Rebecca Freemantle, Iva Kozeli and Ayomide Odumosu.
