Through UX, UI and navigation restructuring, the LV App is transformed with three main pillars: personalisation, immersion and exclusivity. New services, including repairs, customisations and appointment bookings, are available to access, transforming the LV App.
The app presents a renewed way to interact and discover products, fashion shows and editorial content. Through an interactive silhouette module, the service offering is propelled forward with a dedicated, personalised section. Exclusive previews of collections are offered, plus early access and app-only available products, kick-started with Louis Vuitton and Yayoi Kusama’s latest collaboration.
