I am currently volunteering with this small theatre group based in Oxford. We are currently working on marketing an acoustic evening in February to raise money for our summer show

As a Steward I was an ambassador for one of the most recogniseable venues in the country. I had to deal with a vast range of customers and queries on a daily basis and was required to be adaptable, organized and to use all my customer relations skills. My role necessitated that I had an up to date knowledge of what is happening in the hall, which bars and restaurants are open and what they are serving, transport links in the surrounding area and the presence of any customers who may require additional assistance. This information changes each shift and often during shift so the role needs an ability to absorb and act on new information quickly and relay it across the radio system
