About me
I’m a senior graphic designer at the University of Cambridge. I have worked in a variety of industries, from Higher Education, Finance, Property and Retail. I started my design journey at University, I was currently working at John Lewis where I was able to gain some vital experience within their brand and design team. From there I work in the Peter Jones branch where I put the skills I had learnt into visual merchandising. From there, I had moved into my first graphic design role in the property industry for a company with a house of brands to look after and develop. I then moved into the finance industry working for an accounting firm, where I became a design manager. At this firm I was able to develop my skills in advertising, branding, motion graphics, UX and many more. Then I made the latest move into Higher Education, working at the University of Cambridge with their design team. I have had the pleasure to work on some incredible projects from Cambridge Zero to the Cambridge Festival branding. At Cambridge I have been lucky to work on a variety of projects from UX/UI, branding, motion graphics and info graphics, as well as different areas of the University like public engagement, academic researchers and departments. In my experience in these fields, I have always learnt something knew and believe the journey of a designer is to continually learn and to grow.

  • Cambridge Festival
Cambridge FestivalThe University of Cambridge wanted to merge the two Festivals they had at the time, the Cambridge Science Festival and the Festival of Ideas, into one festival, Cambridge Festival. This meant they needed a new brand identity that could represent both parts of the previous festivals, as they're now merged. This meant a new logo, social media, posters and an online slide deck. The festival was to be launched during the pandemic, this meant everything had to be designed for digital first. Some p
