Sadler's Wells is a world-leading creative organisation dedicated to dance in all its forms. Our mission is to make and share dance that inspires us all.

We are looking for an enthusiastic leader, who can deliver a welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable service across Sadler’s Wells venues, including our West End theatre, The Peacock.

You will have the following skills and experience including:

• Leading and motivating a team of staff
• A commitment to providing a high quality of service to audiences, visiting companies and supporters
• Experience of house management in a large arts venue or theatre

This is a fantastic opportunity to join us as Front of House Operations Manager and contribute to creating an exceptional visitor experience at our venues. You will work to provide a safe, clean, and well-presented environment for audiences to enjoy and to promote sales.

We’re a supportive and hardworking team, working on a variety of projects. We have a ‘smarter working’ approach and encourage both on-site and remote working. Sadler’s Wells benefits include:
• Welcome conversations about flexible working
• LinkedIn Learning Membership
• Employee Assistance Programme
• Complementary tickets and discounts
• Enhanced holiday and time off in lieu policy
• Additional pay for parental and family leave subject to eligibility

We welcome all applications by 11:59pm GMT on Monday 27 May 2024. Interviews will take place on Thursday 6 June 2024.

We are committed to building a culturally diverse workforce and actively encourage applications from Black, Asian and those belonging to ethnic groups that are currently underrepresented within the Arts. Applications from d/Deaf and disabled communities and low socio-economic backgrounds are also welcome. As a user of the Disability Confident Scheme, we guarantee to interview all disabled candidates who meet the minimum essential criteria for the role as set out in the Job Pack.

Sadler’s Wells also works collaboratively with Parents in Performing Arts (PiPA) in efforts to support parents and carers within the industry.

If you would like support or have any queries regarding the format or submission of the application, please contact us on our recruitment email
