We’re working on an upcoming panel event, and looking for LGBTQ+ founders, freelancers and business owners who are building amazing businesses in the creative industry.

- I would nominate "Ignacio Labayen" https://www.linkedin.com/in/ignacio-labayen-de-inza-82604a173/ I have worked with him at the charity that we both setup "ControllingChemSex" where he first initiated the idea and worked tirelessly to create the charity that it is today. I have also worked with him at other charities that have centred their attention to the LGBT community and its involvement with Chems and Chemsex. He work ethic and dedication to the support business of the community has been incredibly inspirational for me.

Of course this marginalises the very communities with ironically the highest talent potential, namely the poorer Hispanics in the suburbs. It was one of my proudest moments, attending PCFC's awards night and witnessing the positive impact of Kaig's project. If you can remote him in from the Paciific NW, he would add massive value to your panel.
